Terrible The whole experience was terrible! I dropped my car off on Tuesday to have a new starter put in, wipers replaced, another detailing because I didn't f The whole experience was terrible! I dropped my car off on Tuesday to have a new starter put in, wipers replaced, another detailing because I didn't feel it was done right the first time and to have them look at a hole in the hatch to see what they could do with that. I had asked them if it would be ready the next day on Wednesday and they said that it would be and that they would call me the next day to let me know when it was done i had told them that i would be up after work to pick it up the next day and they said that would be fine. They never called me on Wednesday and so i assumed it would be ready i was going to go up after work but decided that i would call just to make sure before i headed up there good thing i did because it was not ready. They said they still had to change the wipers and detail the car and that they hadn't decided what they were going to do about the hatch yet i said OK give me a call tomorrow to let me know what is going on. They called on Thursday to tell me they were going to order a part for the hatch and it wouldn't be there until Friday I told them i couldn't pick the car up on Friday because i worked to jobs but to have them call me to let me know the status and that i could pick it up on Saturday because i would be in the area. I did not hear from anyone on Friday or Saturday so after i got doing what i was doing on Saturday i took a ride over to Auto fair Honda and asked them what was going on with my car and they were surprised that no one had called me on Friday. the part they ordered was the wrong part. that they were not going to fix the hole because it would require replacing more than they wanted to replace i said OK then he proceeded to tell me that it was not detailed yet and that they could keep it until Sunday and they will have it detailed for me . i said okay and told them i needed by 4pm because i had somewhere to be. i called at 12pm on Sunday and they told me it would be another hour or two i told them i would be up there by 2. it was outside when i got there. it is still not clean i still see the dirt under the drivers seat and other places. I don't think they did anything with it. not very good service to me. More

A friendly and efficient service experience. I dropped my car off for a recall and some scheduled maintenance stuff. They took my car in, did the paperwork and got me on my way. We visited the AutoFair Honda dealership and Harrison Giza introduced himself and explained what models of Civic were available. He sat in the vehicle and explained all of the features prior to the test drive. He explained that he could order vehicles to meet our exact combination of colors. He was very professional and polite through the negotiations. He worked hard to get us a price that we were comfortable offering.
