Great customer service, unexpected service item I scheduled an oil change online. My experience with other dealerships (Autofair Ford, Grappone Ford, Grappone Honda) is that an oil change included t I scheduled an oil change online. My experience with other dealerships (Autofair Ford, Grappone Ford, Grappone Honda) is that an oil change included topping off fluids and rotating tires. I was surprised that a $39.95 oil change required an additional fee to rotate the tires. Also, the rear differential service ($139.95) was never suggested in the online scheduler. So, it was a surprise to hear customer service recommend this be done at 15K. I would have expected to be forewarned by the web scheduler before arriving at the service checkin desk. Autofair Honda can do better than this! Grappone Honda had no surprises. More

Sammy prepared my lease transfer to a new vehicle by findings out exactly which vehicle I wanted prior Sammy & Adel were both professional gentlemen. He had prepared all the paperwork in advance, had the vehicle picked out and even arranged for the tow hitch and runnign boarsds to be done the same day. Spent an hour going through paperwork, but gave up as we j Stopped in 3 months ago and met Josh. Wanted a Honda Pilot, but not quite ready to commit. Spent an hour going through paperwork, but gave up as we just weren't quite ready. Josh checked in every 3 weeks with a polite email showing updated inventory. When we said this one looks like it's in our range, he created a video and sent us a tour of the car. It really mattered to us that he took time to put this together.. We're not as tech savvy as Josh and our kids, but could appreciate the extra mile. Would refer Josh to others as he really cared enough to keep in touch and knew exactly what we wanted.
