Everyone worked together as a team. Josh first responded to my email asking about information on a specific CRV. His response caused me to want to come in and test drive the car. I told him I'd be in Friday afternoon but I didn't know what time. When I arrived he was helping someone else so I was immediately helped by a very nice lady Lisa who went through the process of listening to my needs. Specifically the car was going to have to fit my 91 year-old mom and her walker and leave room for my two grandchildren's car seats. So I took the car to my mother's to have her get in and out of it and found the Walker fit perfectly with lots of trunk room left. So I went back and said to Lisa I'm very interested let's talk further we looked into financing options and when I told her that I was going to go home and talk to my brother Jim who has worked for Honda for 25 years she said oh and went up to the front desk and got me a $3,000 family discount which I was very pleased. I came back on Saturday to pick the car up it was a long process I was there from about 12 noon until about 4:30 they were trying to figure out whether they could buy out my C-Max that I am leasing but it was not worth it. So we went back to just straight leasing with a down payment on the new CR-V and then I sat with Sean who went over the financing options with me to help me choose what was best for me. Then I sat with Brian who patiently showed me all the features of the CRV. I would go back to AutoFair Ford again it was very pleasant everyone was smiling if they walked by they checked on you whether you were just sitting there doing nothing or whether you seem to have a question it didn't matter you didn't have to wait for your sales person. Someone was always paying attention to you and keeping an eye on you and I felt just very relaxed which was a nice feeling and look forward to going back for service I have previous experience with Peter and service he a service my mom's car until we sold it and so thank you and I'm looking forward to enjoying my new car.
