Alex Chistyakov was absolutely delightful!!! My lease was expiring on my Honda and I kept putting off going to the dealership. Alex and I were communicating for a few months. I went from very worried to very happy in a very short time! Without warning the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. It was the 4th of July and we vacation reservations for the next two nights. The next morning I Without warning the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. It was the 4th of July and we vacation reservations for the next two nights. The next morning I pulled into the Service Center and explained my problem to Frank Cisewski. After a brief wait Frank explained the problem was an issue Honda was aware of and Honda would correct it at no cost to me. I left with a loaner car and was able to enjoy a few vacation days without worrying about the Pilot. When we picked up the Pilot two days later, it was the same great automobile we have grown to love. In summary, I have friends that have had similar problems with different makes and dealers but had completely different experiences. I on the other hand, could not have asked for a better out come or been happier! More
