In my last car I did not know what half the buttons did (and it didn't even have that many buttons!) but Jeff gave simple, concise instructions on all the added features so that I can use them to improve my life and make driving easier and safer. He was a huge help during the purchasing process. There was an incredibly long wait to go in to pay for the car, even though we were paying cash, but Jeff S. took great care of us while we were waiting. Selecting the right vehicle for me I couldn't ask for a better salesperson than Nick. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly was patient when I wasn't sure which v I couldn't ask for a better salesperson than Nick. He was just as attentive on the second when my husband accompanied me and he had to go over all the features again. Once I made up my mind, he guided us through the next steps and kept checking back with us. He was even kind enough to remove my grandchildren's car seats from my old car and properly install them in the new one. Any grandparent knows what a chore that is! I was especially impressed with his honesty. When I first arrived I asked for a saleslady I had had for my last 2 cars but she was on vacation. I liked him from the start when he wrote her name on the worksheet with his....even though he ended up doing all the work. If you are like me and dislike car shopping, ask for Nick Lussier.
