I was just in for an oil and transmission fluid change and the service, as usual, was outstanding. Special kudos to my service rep Mike Montemerlo. He was on top of the process the whole way. When I left, the car was purring like new with an obvious improvement in the smoothness of the shifting. Everything about the experience, from the free WiFi to the free popcorn, was top notch.
