We have brought the car in for servi The customer service rep we worked with was professional and pleasant. That is the only good thing I have to say. We have brought the car in for servicing since we bought it and for the last couple of years we mentioned problems with the air conditioning but opted not to have it serviced because of the age of the vehicle and the price. Come to find out, this was actually a warranty issue that could have been fixed under the warranty but now we are over the mileage so not an option. This could have been fixed under warranty the first and second time we brought it up. Very displeased More

Ignition issue My ignition was locked up. I had my car towed there - was quoted $1100 or something to replace the ignition. Stating I needed a whole new ignition. My ignition was locked up. I had my car towed there - was quoted $1100 or something to replace the ignition. Stating I needed a whole new ignition. Locksmith, who the wrecker company told me about, charges $400 and fixed the issue completely. I guess when you’re a hammer, everything looks like a nail, but try to suggest more cost effective alternatives or do a little investigating before giving a quote. More
