The manager I had told me the 500$ discount was not for used cars, tho I got an email next day saying it was for any car new or used. After arguing he did take off the 500. They also force you to pay for a warranty on a car that is still under warranty, (that’s not included). He withheld information that there wasn’t a second key fob ($400 to replace) till I was already doing financing. And my favorite was when asked if they could do a thousand less on the price he said look we are already discounting the used cars $7000. I said if that were the price I would be buying new car. That 7000 reflected the car having 20000 miles. The attitude was insulting. I had the same issues last time I bought from Auto Fair. The only reason I purchased there was because they had exactly what I was looking for and the price was close to reasonable. It would of felt more reasonable without the insulting tactics and the cost of having to obtain a new fob for the car, which I find difficult to swallow is so obscenely expensive when you consider what some cell phones cost to purchase outright. I brought my Odyssey in for a B12 service. After the work was done, I was informed it also needed brakes, which would take an additional 1.5 hours. I asked if they offered a loaner vehicle, but was told I would lose my discount if I requested one. They mentioned having a shuttle service, but it was never available. I returned the next day for the brake work. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours, but even after 2 hours, the vehicle was still not ready. Only after repeatedly asking did someone finally bring it back. When I got the van, I was very disappointed to find the driver’s seat and handle covered in black stains. The floor mats had debris and some kind of glue on them, and no protective paper mats had been used. The service staff were rude, and the overall service area was filthy. This was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. More
