I called Autofair for bad wheel bearings in my 09 Honda Accord. I was so thankful to have been able to get Joel as my advisor because I feel he took care of me better than anyone else possibly could have. Accord. My car had just fallen out of warranty at 64000 miles and I was extremely upset that I would have to pay a very pricey "dealer price" for the work done. Joel was able to help me HUGE with a more than fair price,going above and beyond, working his magic by applying the Autofair "good faith" warranty discounts, rewards and whatever else he could do to get my car back on the road without me having to empty my wallet and stress about getting around while my car was tied up for several days. I am a fulltime student on unemployment aiming to keep my perfect attendance "perfect" for prospective employers so as you would figure I could not afford to miss any time from school and had no other means of transportation. because autofair was very busy at the time of my needed service I was provided a rental car (complementary of Joel @ Autofair) so that I could make it back and forth to school for the 2 school days my car was being repaired and when I came in to pay my bill it was even cheaper then the amount I was quoted by Joel the first time!!! That was a great day for me! I got my car back running beautifully and was able to put a few extra bucks back in my pocket...All the thanks in the world go to Joel and Autofair!! I cannot thank you enough for the amazing customer service..and for allowing me to drive away with a huge smile on my face!! AUTOFAIR ROCKS!! More
I walked in here and it was immediately: Pressure, pressure, pressure. I wanted to check around but I was interested in the Honda CR-V. He pulled up a CR-V and we went on a test drive, the whole time is was like sell, sell, sell. We went back to the dealership and he was going to check on the price. While I was waiting I was reminded by several individuals that they sell 500 cars a month, (It is in fact written over the front door.) The price he came back with was good but I told him I wanted to shop around 1st before I commit to anything (I also had financing set up already, but wanted to see if they could do better). This is where the HARD Sell came in "What do we have to do, to get you in this car today." I was asked this by multiple people, multiple times. I told them I could come back and buy the car outright by the weekend and did not need their "deal" after all. He started with their was another person coming to look at this car and it may not be here. I was also told that because of my credit, the financing I got was probably fake. I politely declined their offer, and left, but not before I was reminded that my deal was miraculously good for 48 hours. The next day I got my blank check in the mail from my "fake financing", and went to Merchants Auto in Hooksett, I purchased my car outright from an amazing, no pressure staff. Dan Wood definitely offers superior customer service at the AutoFair Honda Service Department. I own a 2009 Honda Pilot & recently had some warranty work completed. I was also having another issue with the dash making this annoying intermittent squeak. While performing the warranty work, the service dept also corrected the dash issue. I decided to trade in my Honda 2008 CRV at the last minute ON Wednesday June 12th.. I brought my 2011 Honda CR-Z to upgrade to the new 2013 CR-Z since my current one was in a bad accident. This time I arrived alone (in 2003 I bought the car jointly) and went through the car buying process on my own. I was a bit apprehensive about making all the decisions independently, but I was fortunate to work with Matt Dube. Matt Dube was approachable, engaging, professional, kind and, perhaps most importantly for me, extremely patient. He spent nearly an entire day helping me (probably missing out on other customers), never pushy and never impatient—he understood that this was a big decision for me, and he let me go through the process at my speed (which was not speedy at all). It seemed it was as important to him that I was completely sure of my decisions as it was to me. Matt also was knowledgeable about the product, being sure to teach me about the car’s features before I drove away. When I have had questions since then about my car Matt responds promptly, even now at five months after purchase. My first solo car purchase experience exceeded my expectations and I regularly recommend Matt Dube at Autofair Honda to all of my friends and family members. THANK YOU, MATT! More
