Tod Pennington greeted us as we arrived at AutoFair Honda, and through the entire visit, he made the process of "vehicle leasing" so easy. He listened, he cared, he was honest… and did whatever he could to help us drive away in our new CRV in just a short time… with smiles on our faces. The process went so smoothly, and the staff that we met during the visit had that same helpful manner as Tod. I felt that we were cared about, and that is so important when deciding what is best for our family. I will happily return to AutoFair Honda in the future… and am so looking forward to driving and enjoying our new CRV. More

Graduation Gift: AutoFair Goes the Extra Mile Went to AutoFair Honda in Manchester to lease my daughter's first car as she will be commuting to College in the Fall. Upon arrival,I knew exactly what I wanted and Adam Rocheleau guided me down the proper path to ensure I was walking out the door that day as a proud Dad. I did have one special request of Adam and the dealership prior to leaving: Could they deliver the car to my house during my daughter's graduation so we could surprise her upon arrival at home? This is where Adam and Eddie Domain got together to coordinate the request. The car was delivered and numerous red and blue balloon's were attached to the car, in addition to a huge red bow on the hood. A first class presentation! My daughter was crying tears of joy when we got home; the reaction we wanted to get. Thank you Adam, Eddie and the entire team at AutoFair in providing us a precious memory on a very special day. It was refreshing to speak with someone who talked to me like a professional, not with excuses and ungrounded facts which I had found previously. He listened, so he knew what I was talking about and addressed it immediately. He followed up daily and got it done. So far, my vehicle is great, but I know that if something should come up, Justin has my back and I can count on him for great service with a sparkling smile. He made what started out to be a terrible chaotic experience, more orderly and he took action. He kept his word and is a great asset to Autofair Honda!
