I purchased my 2009 Pilot at AutoFair in July 2008 and we have loved the car. We started having some engine problems though in April 2012. I brought it to the dealer several times and they took the time to try and troubleshoot the problem each time. It took a few months of troubleshooting until the actual problem was found and truthfully, they told me what it was, but I still couldnt describe it. But it had something to do with the VTM Actuator (I think?) In the end, they needed to replace the short block which is a fairly serious procedure. There were many different divisions of Honda that needed to get involved as thankfully I had purchased a HondaCare extended warranty (which I am so glad I did and would recommend to any future car buyers...because you just never know!) So it took a little bit to get the parts necessary needed to make the repair and it took a bit of time for the warranty company to give their consent to repair and also Honda wanted to look at my vehicle to see what had actually gone wrong. But through it all, Austin Rush and Randal Werner were the contacts at the dealership that provided excellent daily communications. Honda provided us with a replacment vehicle and, although it took several weeks to sort out, we are now back in our Pilot and very impressed with the service team and customer service at AutoFair. Our family is a loyal AutoFair customer. Not because they did what they were supposed to do, but because they went above and beyond, in my opinion, that level of customer service that you would expect from a dealership. Truthfully if they would fix my Chevy, I would probably bring it there for service! So a very happy and superiorly satisfied AutoFair customer here. Thanks to all at AutoFair for making what could have become an ugly situation a very positive one for my family. More
We've purchased MANY cars from the Autofair Group (mostly Honda) and they are truly the best dealership in the area. Our salesperson Lena did a great job getting us out of two upside down loans and puttin Honda) and they are truly the best dealership in the area. Tae is a straight shooter, no fluff. I have now purchased/leased 7 cars from Tae and I would not consider speaking to anyone else. Also, Shantel Frost did a wonderful job of processing the paperwork for my financing and lease (2 cars). Shantel was efficient, friendly and understood my need to complete the process as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Autofair Honda. More
Patrick ascabi was not a typical car sales men. he was up front with information and did not play the typical games I have encountered in the past. Through this process I have become relatively familiar with most of the games and tactics that the salesmen and finace departments play. I was very happy not to encounter the methods with Patrick. We sat down and worked out a deal, I did not have deal with the hours of lieing and pressure usually associated with this process. I was floored with his attention to detail even taking time to introduce me to a mechanic that he recommended I used when I required service. I can not say enough about him, I can say again I did not buy this car on price I bought it because he sold the entire Dealership to me from parts to service to referring all my friends to him whether they need a car or not. We decided to purchase a 2012 Honda CR-V EX. Having purchased from AutoFair Honda previously and being very satisfied with our service experiences, we wanted to buy our new vehicle here. I first met Jim Thatcher on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and he was very helpful in getting me acquianted with the new CR-V. Although our purchase timeline was unclear, Jim was very gracious in letting me know that he would be ready to help us when the time was right. I kept in touch with Jim and my wife and I made an appointment for another test drive on Sept 22. Although we were ready to buy, it was later in the day and we did not want to stay for the lengthy paperwork process. We did finalize the purchase by phone 4 days later and everything went great. Throughout the entire experience, Jim was exceptionally kind and accomodating to our needs. He is the type of salesperson that you wish you could deal with every time you make a purchase like this and was a perfect fit for us. Our vehicle looked great upon delivery, and Shantel Frost was very courteous toward us during our financing consultation - she was also a pleasure to work with. Overall we are extremely happy with our new CR-V and very thankful for the professionalism and courtesy that was shown throughout our purchase experience.
