Rodrigo Ojeda in Finance was great in working on the protection packages and again, was very Patient and was listening to my concerns and found a Package deal that I could afford to protect the car. and thank you to the management and support staff who made themselves available to assist me when Sean was tied up and could not get to the phone during the process. good customer service is dying breed these days, but that does not seem to be the Case at Autofair Honda, my experience thus far has been exceptional.
