I am just blown away. My wife and I contacted many Honda dealerships in our area, some gave us good prices, but high fees. Others gave us higher prices with low fees. Some didn't even contact us! We were getting ready to settle with another dealership, but the salesman dragged his feet on getting the color we wanted on the lot. We were becoming discouraged, and then we decided to go for the long pass. We are glad we did. We contacted the Auto Fair at 3:30pm on a Thursday and had a finalized price on the table by 11am on Friday. We drove home in our new vehicle on Saturday at 2:30pm. We drove 3 1/2 hours one way to be there, and in some terrible weather conditions. But we are glad we did, and we saw WHY they sell so many vehicles. They really want to make a deal, and I think we saw close to 5 (if not more) cars sold in the two hours we were there (they ring a bell every time they make a sale). Francine McNeil, so prompt, so professional, and just worked to make that deal. We didn't get to meet her, but because of the deal she made over the internet, she is the reason we drove so far to purchase. JR Belanger, sales associate, just a really great guy all around. We had no complaints about dealing with him and he made us feel comfortable and was very thorough. He did have another appointment show early and he managed to juggle the two of us, without keeping us waiting. I didn't like how his co-workers with obvious seniority treated him though, this guy was busting it to keep two customers happy (one who showed up 2 hours early) and stuff like that should be kept in the back office, not on the showroom floor. It did leave a bad impression the need to push on someone who was trying his best in the situation he was in. I will say this, we will be shopping here again for our Hondas, and when I decide to purchase a new Ford Truck, my phone call will be to the Ford Auto Fair. I can see WHY the Honda Auto Fair sells so many cars. You just have to witness the enthusiasm, the dedication of the staff, it is amazing. We saw 2 cars sold right off the SHOWROOM FLOOR while we were there! I am going to tell everyone about my experience, the final negotiated price they give you is the one they hold to (they will try to sell you a warranty pkg when you go to work out financing) and I am just so pleased. Thank you Auto Fair, please keep up the high standards, and the great deals. I see why you have so many awards. My 2 hours in your establishment was a pleasant experience. More
In December 2009 we purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V. We also had a 1995 Camry which needed to be replaced. For many years we have been a "Toyota" family. We have owned them for 32 years. However 16 months ago we began having significant problems with our RAV4 and decided to look at another company. Our car repairman recommended AutoFair Honda in Manchester, NH. We recently purchased a 2011 Honda Accord to replace the Camry. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by each employee at the door. I did not have to wait for a sales person to help. Ali helped me immediately by answering all of my questions and more. After much discussion with my spouse we decided the best car for us would be the Accord Sedan. The next morning, Ali had the Accord we were looking for on the lot ready for me to review and test drive. We have CR-V and I was not familiar with the Accord. She walked me through all the features that are obvious and then showed me all of the wonderful features that are not obvious. Ali is not the "typical" car salesperson. She was not pushy and did not try to sell me something I did not want. She took the time to show me the options available in each model and helped me find one that would fit my needs and budget. I did not feel at any time that I had to "argue" or "haggle" over the price of the car. Steve, the person who assisted us with financing, was also knowledgeable and walked us step by step through the financing process. When we arrived to pick up the car, it was clean and ready to go. Ali and Carl walked us through all of the features again, made sure we had all of our materials. They provided us with the contact numbers for inspections, etc. Our entire purchase process from start to finish was a little over 24 hours. Everyone at AutoFair Honda was polite, friendly and helpful. This is the second car in 16 months that we have purchased there and we would recommend (and have) this dealership to anyone. A quality car, at a fair price with no stress! More

We spent a total of 6 1/2 hours at Autofair over two days before making the final purchase. Pros: Shantel Frost - she was honestly fabulous - made the buying process pleasant and reasonably painless. Very clearly cares about her customers - stays on top of things until they are resolved, very available, clear and friendly. I would highly recommend her. Facility - dealership is clean, and offers decent amenities including a kids room to keep the little ones occupied during the waiting game. Cons: Time: These processes take a long time - even after the price has been negotiated. I would recommend this dealership and particularly Shantel to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Honda. We had the best experience at Honda Atuo Fair. My husband and I were just looking for a "new" used car, and we got what we were looking for. Everyone was so freindly and helpful. I came to AutoFair Honda for a recall notice on my 2003 Honda Element and to have some wiring repairs done on my car. I got everything I wanted and so much more! Jim Thatcher worked with me like I was the most important and only person in the building. He did not patronize, play games or try to confuse me with the numbers so I had no idea what I was paying for the car. He is a man of integrity, a real professional and an asset to this company. I would recommend this dealership on him alone. Lisa and Nick in the service department were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions in language I could understand. They raise the bar on excellence. Steve Wiez was extremely helpful in recommending a Warranty Package. He also did not make me feel rushed or pressured. After I changed my mind and declined the Warranty, he shook my hand and helped me to fill out the appropriate paperwork. He also is an asset to this compNY. More

My salesman, Tae Kang, made me immediately feel welcome and took the time to find the vehicle that was right for me. Finance Director, Richard Bellino worked hard all afternoon to find good finance terms for me despite my less-than-perfect credit. I drove out in a certified pre-owned 2007 Jeep Liberty that was in perfect condition. Three weeks later, the transmission went (not AutoFair's fault). I brought it back to AutoFair. Service Manager, Kerri Fullhart, assured me that AutoFair would take care of the problem. She gave me a free 2010 Silverado as a loaner while they repaired my Jeep. Four days later I drove away with my Jeep in perfect condition again at absolutely no cost to me. It is obvious to me why AutoFair Honda has their 5-star reputation. They have earned my loyalty, and I will never even consider going anywhere else in the future. Thank you, AutoFair Honda. More
