Wow AutoFair! I put a deposit down on a new car and then wanted to talk to the sales guy about putting additional money down. I called. I texted. Nothing. He finally responded by text after I hounded him. This went on for days. Customer service training is a must!! I pulled my deposit because if I can't trust you to return a call, how can I trust you to stand by your vehicles? More
