Steve Turner and Adam Rocheleau did an outstanding job finding and putting me and my family in the 2007 Town and Country. From the initial contact, I felt like a part of the autofair family. They were v finding and putting me and my family in the 2007 Town and Country. From the initial contact, I felt like a part of the autofair family. They were very aware of my concerns and put all of my fears to rest. Thank you very much Autofair and I look forward to buying my next car(or van) from you. More
I came into Autofair without having any expectation of buying a car that day. I was waiting for an answer from another dealership on financing and was in a rental car. Autofair indicated that Peters Auto buying a car that day. I was waiting for an answer from another dealership on financing and was in a rental car. Autofair indicated that Peters Auto was not forthcoming with me and giving me a run around and they would not do that. I was upfront with my situation and they indicated it was no problem, they needed to get me in a car that day. I had been forthcoming that I did not need the car that day, they persisted. I explained that my decisionmaking was lax as I was grieving due to a death of my brother the week before, so asked for honesty. They said they were comfortable with giving me the car, the financing was good (I stated that if there was any chance that it would not go through, I did not want to take the car that day). I signed all the paperwork, including fiannce contract, paperwork for plates for the car, and drove home thinking everything was fine. I brought up the paperwork they requested on Monday and on Thursday I received a call to bring the car back now, the deal was off. I was upset to say the least and asked why they had given me the car if their was a possibility of having to return it. They stated they legally can do this (Was told only in NH and few other states, though most dealerships don't do this) and I checked the State of NH website and it is because the purchaser won't look elsewhere. I spent many, many waisted hours with Autofair and now even more to get the car back. They were unfriendly when returning the car, and could care less.I found out the information they gave me about Peters Auto was incorrect and was said to get the sale I believe. I now am back in a rental car with my credit score seriously messed up. I hope other consumers are aware of this shady law of "Spot Sale" as it protects the dealership, not the consumer. Buyer Beware!!!! More
Usually car shopping is right up there with a visit to the dentists office. However I was surprised by the friendliness and low pressure mentality of the Austin and the staff at Autofair Honda. I was in a the dentists office. However I was surprised by the friendliness and low pressure mentality of the Austin and the staff at Autofair Honda. I was in an aweful situation where I was upside down with my loan and trade in. However they were able to make it work for me. The staff in the service dept is also very nice and accomodating. I am leasing a 2010 Honda Civic LX and am pleased at the performance and handling. Growing up my parents had one of the first generation of Civics and that was a nightmare car at times. That aside I am very happy with the professionalism and service I received at Autofair Honda. More
This was my second visit in 1 year. Last year we bought a new CRV from Alison. She was great to deal with, very friendly and willing to do whatever to make sure you're happy. Recently we decided to trade in new CRV from Alison. She was great to deal with, very friendly and willing to do whatever to make sure you're happy. Recently we decided to trade in the CRV because my wife felt it was too big and wanted something more car like. We decided to buy a new Honda Fit. Again I dealt with Alison and again she was great to deal with. Great deals with great people I highly recommend Autofair Honda. More
I walked into AutoFair Honda on Monday December 28th with the intention of going home with one vehicle to replace a Jeep Grand Cherokee that the lease was up on. This dealership was not my first visited, I w the intention of going home with one vehicle to replace a Jeep Grand Cherokee that the lease was up on. This dealership was not my first visited, I was also shopping at Toyota, and was here to just test drive and see which vehicle I liked better. First person to interact with me was Eddie. He was from the start pleasant, easy to talk to and not at all pushy. I had my heart set on something good for the environment so I wanted to test drive the Honda Insight in comparison to the Toyota Prius I had already driven. Eddie was quick to get the vehicle ready for a test drive, and thorough about showing the features before we left. I knew as soon as I drove it that hands down it was the better vehicle compared to the 2010 Prius I had drove earlier in the day. I didn't want to make my decision off one drive however, so Eddie was great about also setting us up to drive the Honda Civic. I had sat in one in the showroom, with all the bells and whistles that any geek like me could fall in love with, and after driving it, I did. That was it, the Civic was my car. Then xxxx began. I was back and forth fighting for the best deal, but after all the effort Eddie had put in, I didn't want to abandon him over price. Just as I thought I was going to jump ship over a measly $1000 (really what's $1000 when you're already spending $19,000) Derick jumped in with an amazing deal on the car we wanted. Not only did he match the price the other dealer was giving, but the car they had at AutoFair had much more fun stuff (Nav & all weather mats which are great with a 3 year old). Not only was I able to lower my payments drastically from what the Jeep cost me (almost $200) but I got a car I was (and still am) IN LOVE with. I purchased the extended warranty with no pressure from the Finance Manager, and even purchased an extra service called ResistAll that protects the interior and exterior of the car for 7 years! (again great to have with a 3 year old) I returned later in the week to have the ResistAll applied and one week later to have the car inspected and the service was 5 star! Pull in, they get some info, you sign, and wait. Fast, efficient and quality without a doubt. Waiting room is great, area for the kids is top notch! I was so impressed with this that I returned just 2 DAYS after I bought my Civic and decided to turn in my leased Chrysler Town and Country early and get a Honda Odyssey! Eddie was so accommodating he helped me ON HIS DAY OFF VIA HIS CELL PHONE, and he partnered with Derek and Derick again to ensure I was being treated right! Best decision EVER! I again lowered my payments, got into a safer vehicle, and the most amazing part was I returned to sign the paperwork, and was not going to take the warranty on the van for cost reasons, but the dealer saw such value in that for me, as well as the ResistAll for that vehicle, that they, without me even saying a word, adjusted the purchase price of the vehicle overnight to make the warranty affordable!!! LOWERED THE SALE PRICE OF A CAR TO HELP A CUSTOMER GET SOMETHING OF VALUE!!!!! Tell me another dealer that does that!!! I will FOREVER sing the praises of AutoFair and all the people that myself and my wife interacted with over those few days. I have sent and will continue to send people there, and will be a customer for life, not only for additional car purchases, but for all my service needs! Thank you AutoFair!!! More
My mother (pushing 80) wanted to get a new Honda Fit for use in Florida. She wanted a lighter color (gray) and keyless entry, but otherwise whatever other options were with the car. I called around and wa use in Florida. She wanted a lighter color (gray) and keyless entry, but otherwise whatever other options were with the car. I called around and was led to believe that the folks from the Autofair had a suitable auto in stock and would sell the car for a good price. They refused to work on the phone and insisted that we work face to face and led us to believe that the auto (an KBB MSRP of $17,970.00) would be sold near $16K. They engaged in a bait and switch routine for a used car and when pressed gave a final price for the new auto $1,450 over what we were led to believe. We wasted an hour and a half getting there, an hour and a half with the dealer and two hours getting back home in a snow storm. In short they were not offering anything other than what could be found at any dealer and wasted our time. More

I’m grateful that AutoFair Honda responded efficiently and quickly to resolve this matter. Mr. Lacroix offered that if I came back down, and needed my car serviced, they would be able to offer a discount of some sort, so I’m glad that he’s putting his best foot forward for the time that I visit the dealership in the future. Mistakes happen, and I just ended up falling into the small percentage of situations that end up as a disaster. 1/2/2010: Yesterday Christina of AutoFair Honda contacted me regarding coming in to possibly purchase a car. I sent her detailed information regarding what I was looking for, provided her the stock number of the car that I was interested in and explicitly stated the monthly payment that I won’t budge from, that being $320 per month. She gave me the name of a person to contact. But when I arrived and asked for the person, a salesman (Derrick) decided to take over. The car wasn’t even ready, and since I had to deal with someone that didn't have my information, it was a less than satisfactory experience. In addition to what I mentioned above, the fact that Derrick was trying to sell me the car $2,000 above what was being advertised on the website. The Red 2009 Honda Civic 4D Sedan, Mileage 34230, priced at $16,673, being sold to me for $18,000. When I mentioned to him that the price is drastically lower than that, possibly $15.9, he rechecked and saw that it was $2,000 less than the price that he was quoting me, but came back and with high pressure sales stated, “All I can come up with is $480 a month.” When I addressed these concerns to both Derrick and his manager, they were uncaring and unmoved. The only response that Derrick gave regarding Christina was that it was her job to “get people in here.” What I took away from that statement was that Christina had no intention of providing the details of a potential customer’s request to the salesman, but instead they just get the person into the door and brush off all responsibility regarding what the correspondence between customer and customer service representative. Christina isn’t going to be reimbursing me for this mistake, so this is costly for me. If Christina was truthful, when I arrived there would have been someone assigned to me who would have been fully aware of what I was looking to accomplish, & if AutoFair was unable to accommodate me, then they should have stated in the e-mail, and not mislead me and provided false advertising. I am a very happy guy right now! Today I bought a 2010 Honda Accord from AutoFair in Manchester, NH. Let me start by saying that this experience was like no other in my history of car buying. My salesma Honda Accord from AutoFair in Manchester, NH. Let me start by saying that this experience was like no other in my history of car buying. My salesman was Mr. Austin Rush and he was terrific. I went to the dealership for the first time on Saturday to make contact with a salesperson and to drive an Accord. This is when I met Mr. Rush. I had the most relaxing and informative visit to AutoFair that day. Mr. Rush is an EXPERT in discussing the features, specifications and federal test results as they pertain to the Accord...this guy defines "subject matter expert". After a lengthy test drive and a great conversation I exited the dealership, feeling no pressure, but rather having made the decision that this was the place I was gonna buy my new car. I can't tell you how much I appreciated feeling so relaxed! On Monday I returned and completed my purchase. The entire process of negotiating a final price was refreshing. Mr. Rush was easy going, non-threatening and at all times FAIR with me and my family. I NEVER felt like the "big dealership" was pushing me around...never! In fact, It was obvious to me that Mr. Rush wanted to sell me this car because I wanted it and not because he was concerned about his profit margin. My God....I thought the "old time dealerships" were all gone...they are not...AutoFair reminded me of my first car buying experience many years ago! Lastly, I was able to finance my new car through Honda. The rate was remarkable, the process smooth, and I got to meet a great guy named Mr. Ron Rogers. Again, another AutoFair employee that was WAY more concerned with a positive customer experience and not the bottom line. Thank you Austin and thank you Ron!!!!!!! AutoFair has my buisness for life!!!! More
