Jake helped me this morning with my first oil change and tire rotation on my new CR-V. I also mentioned that the defroster on the drivers side wasn’t working well. He looked into this for me. Jake went above and beyond by taking time from his busy day to show me, and explain to me, how to use the dashboard controls and touchscreen to get the best defrosting results. He also spend additional time, which he didn’t have to do, to give me more information about the features of my vehicle, which I appreciated it. You are very fortunate to have such a kind, dedicated, hardworking employee to represent Honda.
