I’d like to personally thank you for the feedback in regards to your recent visit with us. As you know today’s shoppers are well informed and we feel that utilizing the internet to shop saves time. When reading your comments, I was a bit surprised to hear how things transpired. When customers receive quotes from our internet department, we save these quotes under the customers name so that when you visit our dealership we don’t have to waste time negotiating since we’ve already given the best price. It seems like there was miscommunication between the salesperson and the sales desk in regards to the price you were quoted over the internet. It is not our practice to quote one price and then raise the price when a customer comes in the door. If that was the case, we wouldn’t have grown to be one of the largest Honda Dealers in New England and I can assure you this is not typical of an AutoFair Honda experience.
