expensive. spent 6 hours waiting for repairs without any updates as to why it was taking extended time then was told and then was informed that parts that were spent 6 hours waiting for repairs without any updates as to why it was taking extended time then was told and then was informed that parts that were said to have been readily available were wrong but I was never told this afterwards taking longer time to get correct parts. Right after I paid was about to get keys back but person that test drove the car to check alignment said the window wouldn't go back up, even though they already tested all windows and it passed inspection, all of a sudden ot was off the track and now won't go up properly, was tested before going in and worked fine and how it was intended. Probably seeking elsewhere for future car endeavors. More

They are very efficient , I brought my car in the night before for an inspection at 3:30 pm , for a 8:30 am the next day inspection ! They called me at 5:30 pm and had it done ! Wow I got my car. In a year and a half I have bought 3 new cars with Honda Auto Fair my first car was a 2020 honda ridgeline..second car was a 2022 ridgeline…third car was a 2022 honda pilot..and on the third purchase they s Auto Fair my first car was a 2020 honda ridgeline..second car was a 2022 ridgeline…third car was a 2022 honda pilot..and on the third purchase they scammed me out of 2,995 and they say it is from Market adjustment.. but I as a client or anyone does not have to pay that and I asked him what all this money was that they were charging me for and they did not give me a specific reason.. With my third car I feel super ripped off I do not recommend that you buy here More
