Did brakes, fluids, and tire rotation. No break on $280 diagnosis fee! It's excessive when you are already spending over $1k.I think they have forgotten that customers buy cars too. Something to consider when I buy a new car and they gouge you with charges like that? I get they can't do free work but when you do the recommended services they should wave the fee. That is common practice amongst repair services. More

Didn't appreciate them trying to influence my input on Honda's survey. More
