Horrible. Do not use this service department! It cost me $1600 to have someone else fix the damage they caused to my car. I will never go back, and they're lucky I'm not suing them. More

Right--I had to choose a name from the list. Service Director John St. Hilaire is the one who refused to answer my emails or return my multiple phone calls when I tried to resolve this issue with you when it happened. My efforts to engage with you so you could "figure out what the issue is and resolve it" were utterly ignored.

I went in for the basic LOF and rotation and I found the price very reasonable and he recommended some stuff but wasn’t too pushy. They never are here. The recommendations were items I can do myself. More
