Have no regard for your time. My car was finish and after 15 minutes went to find Randall who was leisurely going to fill his water bottle. My car required a call to check and see if a part was covered. H 15 minutes went to find Randall who was leisurely going to fill his water bottle. My car required a call to check and see if a part was covered. Had to wait as you are tied to the service adviser and Randall was going on days off. Over a week later part covered and the USB port had to be order. Called 2 weeks later as I did not hear from them, part was in…. NO call from Randall. After a month finally got the part fix, but tech broke piece so it needed to be order. Wanted to bring it back on a Monday, but Randall’s day off so had to bring it on Wednesday. Again car was ready but Randall was in no hurry, Service department have to respect for customer’s time. More
