The cons: expensive for non-special items; rigid policies (I was quoted $140 just to diagnose my transmission, which is outrageous---it takes 20 minutes); 3.5 percent charge to use a credit card (ridiculous); they do not wash the car after service, which is standard procedure for most dealers. All in all, a good, not great service option. More

You are expected to know how the body of the vehicle is suppose to look. When in reality people go to a dealership because they are under the impression your getting a quality vehicle vs one off of John smiths Private Dealer. It’s very clear after my experience with this place. It’s all about money and getting vehicles on the lot. Make sure as a customer you go over the vehicle thoroughly. Cause as the customer it’s your job to go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and not the dealer because we are purchasing the vehicle and it’s our responsibility. Money is everything to this place. Ask anyone. Take your business elsewhere where your not viewed as a loyal customer but as a walking green $ sign. More
