Very clean and sanitized. Katie my service advisor was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She explained all services that needed to be completed on my vehicle. My 2017 Ridgeline sprung a water leak that soaked under the rear seat becaise the body panel seam sealer failed, allowing water to completely soak under the carpet. I didn’t notice until after my truck was out of warranty, even though it’s been happening for a while. Honda and Autofair did nothing to help me get their manufacturer’s defect fixed. $2200 later, I will not be going to this dealership or buying another Honda. More

Brett is my advisor of choice. Very honest and no games. Every time I've had to bring my car in they get me in and out fast. They may not be the cheapest, but not crazy expensive either, I never feel ripped off. I showed up today with a weird grinding style noise at noon, I was out of there by 1:30 all good to go. Fast and solid work, I'll take it! They have been able to troubleshoot and diagnose some very complex issues that other local mechanics have not been able to. They even worked with me and Honda of America to get some engine work done that was just out of extended warranty and got coporate to cover 2/3rds of the cost. There is a reason I've been coming back. More
