I have always dreaded buying a new vehicle, not because I was afraid of the financial commitment, but because I was afraid of the entire sales process. As a woman going into a car dealership to purchase a car, I was always given the "what color car would you like, sweetie?" treatment instead of being treated with the respect that a customer should receive. I would walk out of the dealership feeling like I had been in a fight and was treated disrespectfully. That is, until I met Doug Johnson, the "Salesman with a Heart". From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness. Within minutes, it felt like Doug and I had been friends for years instead of having met just that day. He actually LISTENED to me and made sure he got me the vehicle I wanted and the deal that I wanted. I couldn't be more pleased with my Tucson and the service that I received from Doug and the rest of the staff. It's taken me about 5 months to write this review, but I'm almost glad that I waited because I see the service that Doug provides even after the sale. He is there to answer any questions for you, no matter how many (!!!) and will even set up service appointments for his customers. How nice and unexpected is that? Due to my satisfaction with my vehicle purchase, my husband also purchased a new vehicle from Doug! We will NEVER buy a vehicle from anyone else again. Thanks again for everything, Doug. I went to buy a new Hyundai Sonata. Doug was my salesman and from the very start I had faith and trust in him to find me the best deal. Unfortunately they could not find me a 2012 with the options I wanted and from the very start I had faith and trust in him to find me the best deal. Unfortunately they could not find me a 2012 with the options I wanted but did find me a 2011 which I love and saved me money as well. I was misquoted an interest rate and Doug fought for me to get payment I was promised. I would recommend Doug and Hyundai to any one interested in purchasing a new car. I have bought several new cars and this was the most stress free and pleasurable experiences I have had. Thank you Doug More

What a great experience! Not only was this the least "painful" visit I made to purchase a car, it was the best. Doug knows his vehicle line well and willing to share that knowledge. We first met doug after I had been in an accident that totalled my car, and every other dealership told us there was no way we would be approved for anything. After that I decided I would never go see anyone else. Last week Doug called my husband and told us we should come down because he thought he might be able to get us a good deal. Sure enough, we left the lot today with a car that I wanted more than the first one we got. Doug is amazing and I would HIGHLY reccomend anyone who is looking for a car to go see him first and last he is the BEST and you will never find a car salesman who cares or works as hard as Doug!!! I didn't find the vehicle that I was looking for at this location, however, they were very eager to help me find a vehicle. The only negative that I would have to say is the amount of phone calls I received in the days following my visit. I must've received 10 phone calls in 2 days. Other than that I would recommend this location. More
