The test drive was great because it was long/not too short. Michelle was extremely patient and down-to-earth and friendly. I even got to drive to my house for my wife to drive. I know AutoFair and felt they were organized and had good prices. The only sour note was that the first price they quoted me was overly high. It was only because I was not in a hurry that they then lowered the price and lowered it quite significantly. I felt a "younger me" would have felt pressured and not handled the negotiation well enough and then not gotten as good of a price. This is not a good thing. You want to feel that you can trust the dealer not have to negotiate a great price out of them. Luckily it all worked out in the end and everything else about the experience was first rate. I would recommend this place but with the caveat of "They do have very good prices but you have to negotiate with them." More
