Other deals I have visited only had limited storage, so that I could not even test drive the model I tended to purchase when I visited them. 2. The salesman (Matthew Benson) is extremely friendly and helpful. This is my first car and I had no experience with the insurance. Matt recommended the best one for me and helped me finish the following process. He is so experienced and gets everything very fast. We spent only two hours getting everything done, including two test drives. 3. The price of Autofair Subaru is the most reasonable I have ever seen. Highly recommend Autofair Subaru if you are seeking Subaru dealers around Massachusetts. Additional review for Matt: 1. As others said, Matt is extremely helpful without being "pushy". When I felt confused with something about documents and the car itself, Matt always gave his patience and detailed answers. 2. Matt really cares about the customer. First let me start off with saying that I never owned a Subaru, always been a Honda customer for over 30 yrs. When arriving @ the AutoFair Subaru Dealer we were induced to Mike Testa. We stated that we were interested in the Crosstrek, he immediately informed us of some great features & if we were interested in going for a test drive & we did & loved it. We informed Mike that we had a trade in, which was a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring a Florida vehicle with only 7 thousand miles In mint condition. We eventually got the deal we wanted after back and forth with the financial office & Manager & purchased the 2021 Crosstrek Limited. Mike Testa is great to work with, made car buying a worry-free experience. We also feel that we got an exceptional & extremely knowledgeable professional & responsive individual. Mike really knows his Subaru’s, answered every single question we had, excellent customer service. After we had purchased the vehicle Mike explained the car’s features, It was very much appreciated the time he took & patience to inform us of every single detail feature.
