I just purchased my first “big girl car” a 2020 Crosstrek Premium. He answered every one of my questions and then some without making me feel belittled in any way. Kept me up to date during the entire process of purchasing the car from the beginning until he handed me off to the finance department. During the test drive he explained the different functions in the car and helped me start her up on the day of pickup. He made sure the car was cleaned again; and it smelled wonderful.
