As always, Nancy checked the servicing history to confirm the proper maintenance was scheduled. When I arrived to pick up the car, Nancy had it brought around front for me and when I went to pay for the car the cashier was pleasant as usual. I always feel confident when I leave my car in Nancy's hands. More

Erik explained how the structure of pricing for Subaru's is unlike other car makes and dealers , as we Erik spoke I was very comfortable with his down to earth personality , not pushy , good listening to what my needs were , and had great patience , he was even so kind to offer to move my grandchildrens car seats into my new Crosstrek which I so appreciated !!!
