When we were ready to talk to someone, we walked inside and was greeted politely at the door. Erik Figueroa was our sales associate and was very knowledgeable about Subaru models. During out test rides, Erik was very easy going which made our rides very stress free. The same goes for in the in the office. Occasionally when I have thought my car needed work they have explained what is going on and why a repair is not even needed! I trust them to take good care of my Subaru and not take advantage of me. I met with Erik Figueroa who walked me through all of my options without any pressure. Both Erik and Rob really seemed to know the cars and were available to answer any questions I had. I was heading out of the country for a few weeks, but they took a deposit on the car and we completed the transaction when I returned home. I have no complaints and would recommend this dealership without reservation. More
