Simply fantastic. I worked with Erik Figueroa and could not be more pleased with my experience. Having recently visited another Subaru dealership and coming away underw I worked with Erik Figueroa and could not be more pleased with my experience. Having recently visited another Subaru dealership and coming away underwhelmed, I was simply amazed by the difference at Autofair and with Erik. As I was under some time constraints Erik worked with me but without pressuring me to make a rash decision. He and others at Autofair went out of their way to get me the vehicle I wanted and overcome some obstacles that I placed in his way. Every aspect of the process was much different and profoundly better than I have experienced elsewhere. I cannot recommend Autofair and Erik enough. When it comes time to replace our other Subaru I will be going back even though there are a number of other dealerships closer. I would also be remiss if I did not mention Jose in accounting as someone else who went above and beyond what I would expect from past experience. More

The Service Director Rob McDermott was welcoming, reassuring and I instantly knew I was in good hands. He treated me like a VIP. Rob took such great care of me that I am planning to trade my ford in next weekend for a Subaru. Autofair Plaistow exemplifies confidence in motion. Great cars and amazing service!!! Jon Swallow answered the phone and helped me every step of the way from making the appointment at a convenient time for me thru to the end of the actual service by adding a hand wash car wash and helped me reconnect my phone to my car's bluetooth.
