When unexpected complications developed, John made sure to get us a loaner car immediately, even getting several of the Techs to help my wife transfer a load of groceries to the loaner. Job well done! Thanks! In addition, the Tech ("Ralph") did an outstanding job of diagnosing an intermittent CHECK ENGINE light, discovering a problem that several other Subaru dealerships had failed to find. I was impressed! Now, I always request that Ralph be the Tech assigned to perform all service on my car. Thanks! More

Erik Figueroa invited us to come into the showroom. He even drove a Forester up to the front door for us to look at before we left. We called Erik after the weekend and made an appointment to further pursue a purchase or lease of a Subaru Erick was genuinely interested in our finding the right model for us. Erik is thorough, knowledgeable, and showed no pressure. Erik is at the top of the list of consultants we have worked with over the years. We signed the papers yesterday to lease a new, blue, 2016 Forester Premier. That says it all! We applaud this dealership after one of the managers mentioned to us that several of the consultants are veterans.
