Goes The Extra Mile! In the fall of 2015 I was in need of an new automobile. My first criteria was that it needed to be a safe car and it needed to keep its value. Erik was my salesperson and I could not have been happier. I explained what I was looking for and he really listened. He introduced me to the Outback and the Forester. At no time was he ever pushy. He explained the features of both vehicles and answered every question. Needless to say I purchased the Outback and am so happy with my purchase. When it was time to take possession of my brand new Outback I was unable to make it to the dealership before closing hours. He went the extra mile every step of the way ensuring I was satisfied and that all of my questions had been answered. In addition, he has followed up with me since my vehicle purchase. I dropped by the dealership after registering my car in order to put on my new license plates. I originally wanted to find out where my credit was before I purchased a vehicle. Erik went through the financing with me and then I test rode a few vehicles. He was knowledgable about the differences in vehicles and what would best suit me. I ended up leaving that day with a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek and I love it. Erik has contacted me several times to check on how car was and if I had any concerns. I would definitely recommend Erik Figueroa if you are looking for a vehicle . The whole experience with AutoFair Subaru Plaistow was excellent. My brakes started squeeking after a few days. I called the dealership,they got me right in and fixed it. The brakes had a rock in them that had flown up and got lodged in brakes. More
