The Sales Manager was involved in the sale and was more than fair with the trade in and worked with us to get the best price on the new car. I priced out the same car at three other Subaru Dealers and AutoFair gave us the best trade and price on the new car. Although I have been taking my 2012 Subaru to AutoFair and always have been happy with the rates and service, I waited to write this review until we had the new car serviced. The Service Department was great . I called and booked the appointment and they even asked me what was the best time for me to bring the car in. The Sales Associate and the Sales Manager came over while the car was being serviced and wanted to know if we were happy with the new car. I have purchased many new cars and have never had a Dealership that was so caring and concerned about a customer, after the sale. If you are looking to buy a Subaru and you care about customer awareness and customer focus then AutoFair Subaru in Plaistow is the Dealership you should visit first. I have a 2012 Subaru and because of the great deal we got on our 2016 and more important the super customer service we have received, we are going in to look at buying a new car for me. Very unpleasant high pressure attitude. The salesman knew his stuff but couldn't understand why we didn't want a 2 yo car with 93,000 miles on it. They offered way below Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds price for our trade in and wouldn't budge. It was difficult to get the keys to our car back when we wanted to leave. The manager really put the pressure on us which made me want to get out of there faster. I don't feel I could trust this dealership and definitely would not buy anything from them. You be wise to remember that a satisfied customer tells one person and a dissatisfied customer tells ten people More
