Terrible experience! Avoid at all costs. Would give zero stars if possible. My lease, which I lease through Autofair, is expiring in June. I wanted to purchase the vehicl Avoid at all costs. I wanted to purchase the vehicle and was told if I go through Autofair, it would be an easy process and a loaner would be provided while the title was in process. This was told to me and another family member at different times. I went to Autofair today and they want to charge $519.95 for brakes, $67.50 for wiper, and $600 for a rental car. I informed they we were told multiple times a loaner would be provided for free. They refused to provide a loaner, said they won't make any money on the sale. I guess the money they made off the lease was not enough and want to double dip into my pocket. hey also told other family member we couldn't use the 15% off coupon on service over $300 since the work was being performed for a lease purchase. I would avoid this dealership and find other places. More
