Our independent mechanic notified us of a Subaru service bulletin that this dealership DID NOT. They quoted us $5000 in repairs. Our mechanic suggested we contact Subaru Corporate. We did. Our cost: $0. After, they badgered us for service reviews. When I told the young lady on the phone of my dissatisfaction regarding their performance, and insisted on no longer being contacted, she politely agreed to remove me from their call list. Then, Robert McDermott called me anyway, and proceeded to argue with me - despite the fact that a one man, sole proprietor mechanic had outperformed their entire service department and saved us thousands. So, Subaru Corporate paid to keep our good will - then Robert McDermott destroyed it.
