I got a notice of a recall from VW for a possible Transmission Ground Wire problem that might cause a fire. As a result, and because I was about to take a long drive, I called them up to see if they Transmission Ground Wire problem that might cause a fire. As a result, and because I was about to take a long drive, I called them up to see if they could quickly check my car to see if it had this problem. They said to come in immediately, quickly verified that my car did NOT have the problem associated with the recall. And, while I was there, they went above and beyond, checking the fluids, tire pressure and more. TOP NOTCH service. Thanks Frank (and I believe Nick!) You guys are the best! More

I appreciate the service and explanations when I am checking in with my vehicle. I am frustrated with the time it is taking to get a “module” in for carnet to work. It has been 4 months of waiting and checking in with my vehicle. I am frustrated with the time it is taking to get a “module” in for carnet to work. It has been 4 months of waiting and being told the end of the month… or we are at the mercy of the supplier. You are not the only customer waiting for this part. I can understand if the vehicle was 20-30 years old or a brand new model year but it is a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. I see 100s of these everyday. Why can’t you get me the part? You can do better. I have owned Volvo, Lexus, MB, and Subaru vehicles over the years thus experiencing a wide range of corporate cultures and service experiences. Ben Mayer is the most committed advisor to excellent customer service that I have experienced, period. I brought my ‘24 Atlas yesterday for warranty service yesterday after he was able to procure a loaner. He anticipated the car being ready on Friday but he was able to have my car ready this afternoon; two days ahead of schedule. Ben always replies quickly, knows the VW cars so can offer advise and answer questions. He is professional and goes the xtra mile to provide exceptional service at very visit; even a simple oil change. We need more Ben Mayer’s in the world! More

Walking into auto trader Volkswagen in Nashua we were hesitant since we have had bad experiences with buying cars in the past. We were very happy with John who showed us our options, asked what is most important to us in a car and listened to our wants and needs. He brought out an 2026 atlas that is exactly what works best for our family. While working out the numbers he worked with us on what makes us comfortable and Kerry the sales manager also came over and took the time to really explain all the numbers so we did not have questions in the end. After the explanation they both stepped away for my husband and I to discuss privately without us having to ask. I appreciate the time and care we were given at Volkswagen Nashua and would recommend them to anyone we know. More
