John, Autofair is part of a large group of auto dealerships across the country. I suggested to one of your advisors that they could call another one of the volkswagen dealerships in your group or another local Volkswagen dealer to try and source the part, they told me they would look into it. If you would like to give me the part number, I will try and source the part myself. Very frustrated with the amount of time this is taking to get resolved. mike
