Had a difficult time getting service last year at this dealer for problems I had so went to another dealer . Gave them another chance and they were able to provide oil change same day I called. I reached out to Kerry regarding interest in a 2025 Golf R. I had a specific car in mind and she informed me that one was being delivered. I do a lot of miles, so I get service about every three months. I booked a VW specified 50,000. My usual dealer charges $360. When I arrived they told me it would be $640. I swore. The intended service included unnecessary work including replacing the transmission fluid. The VW service schedule is mostly just an oil change and tyre rotation. The service write explained that this was The Big One. No dude, it's supposed to be a small one. The glossy flip book they use to market the unnecessary service is all up-selling. Check what the service book says before you accept what this place wants to sell you. The service writer I spoke to was not the one who booked the call. I don't remember his name, it was something south American. More
