I brought my ‘24 Atlas yesterday for warranty service yesterday after he was able to procure a loaner. He anticipated the car being ready on Friday but he was able to have my car ready this afternoon; two days ahead of schedule. Ben always replies quickly, knows the VW cars so can offer advise and answer questions. He is professional and goes the xtra mile to provide exceptional service at very visit; even a simple oil change. We need more Ben Mayer’s in the world! More

Walking into auto trader Volkswagen in Nashua we were hesitant since we have had bad experiences with buying cars in the past. I brought my 22 atlas in thinking I purchased a warranty that covers electrical parts of the vehicle. I brought it in for an electric fan issue. Was told it will cost me a 199 diagnostic fee. When they couldn’t find the reason the fan turns on as soon as you unlock the doors, which they confirmed it does. I was told it will cost me another 460 to continue to diagnose the reason. I was Also was told my electrical warranty only covers light bulbs and hoses. NOT WHAT YOUR CON MAN OF A FINANCE MANAGER SAID I WAS PURCHASING. Belts and hoses ? Do we live in the 70’s? A freaking serpentine belt lasts 300k miles! When’s the last time you changed a flipping hose? My daughter just purchased a new Tiguan last month . I told her to go to your service center and find out if she was sold the contract, because she said she bought an electrical warranty. I purchased a ‘24 Tiguan from Noyes VW in December of 24 and will do my service and purchasing from them from here on out. Autofair dealerships are completely dishonest and useless as a company on every level….. More

The service manager gave me a quote to fix a recall of four hours on average and the car was done in about an hour very pleased with the speed in efficiency of the service department.
