Service was very good and Advisor David Wong went all-out to make sure that I was completely satisfied. One issue though which had nothing to do with him was the service fee imposed on payment using credit c to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I should have been told when I made the reservation because over the decades in all Toyota dealerships, I always paid using my credit card and was never charged a 3.5% service fee. I was so surprised when the cashier told me that I could pay with a debit card, cash, or a personal check. Since I had none of these at that time, I had no choice but to unhappily pay the service fee. More
