He was very nice and helped me with all the paperwork, then introduced me to Ryan, who also was great. These 3 guys made my buying experience amazing, very smooth and stress free, Best buying experience ever and will definitely tell everyone where they should buy their next car!! More

Quick, painless, enjoyable I knew what I was looking for when I went in. Was greeted by Ernesto as we walked up who was happy to help me out. He was very friendly, informative, and not the slightest bit pushy. We went on a few no pressure test drives before I decided which car I wanted. He dropped the sticker price to the internet price of the car, then knocked more off before I could even begin to haggle. The whole process from the time I walked in to the time I left in my new car was not but 90 minutes or so. The entire staff was very friendly, efficient, and made sure I understood all of the terms before I signed anything. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a nice car at a great price. More
Excellent Service and Very Friendly This dealer is 70+ miles from where I live, so it was a bit of a trek to go there 2 days in a row to make sure the car was clean and in good shape and This dealer is 70+ miles from where I live, so it was a bit of a trek to go there 2 days in a row to make sure the car was clean and in good shape and to get the financing straight and pick up the vehicle. All the guys were helpful and positive. The premises were clean and organized. The process was smooth, and no pressure. The only drawbacks were that 1) they are not Subaru experts so weren't sure what all the computer-related functions were or how they worked, 2) they didn't have a detailed report about the "minor" accident the car had been in (this still makes me feel uncomfortable and a bit suspicious), and 3) there was no manual with the car (they have promised to order one and send it to me. . .we'll see if they remember). After I got home and could see it in detail in daylight, instead of in the fluorescent light of the showroom, I found a few dings that were roughly touched up with some sort of paint—a sloppy job. It also would have been really good if someone would have cleared all the previous owner's personal information and GPS settings from the computer areas. I don't want to know about that person and he probably wouldn't want a stranger knowing all his info, either. The distance makes it difficult for me to really call and establish a relationship with anyone at this dealer, and since they don't know much about the brand, I can't call them with questions. Overall, though, I am pleased with the car so far. More

I will say that some of the younger salesman could learn to be a little friendlier to guests even if your not buying a car from the them. The three individuals attached to this review were excellent, but the other salesmen at the dealership walk around and look at you like you don’t belong and it pains them to even speak.
