Sales Rep Elijah Rios has a lot to learn with customers. Originally told the repair would take a few days. We waited 10 business days for a Dodge Charger to come out of the repair garage. In the mean time, he ask why do we want to wait, when there is other cars? It was a inappropriate comment. It was us, the customers, that reached out to the garage.
