Between me and my family we have purchased over 12 vehicles from this dealership. And when I went in this past month to pick up my truck I purchased as a cash deal I have never been so disrespected an vehicles from this dealership. And when I went in this past month to pick up my truck I purchased as a cash deal I have never been so disrespected and treated like crap. All the sales person was worried about was her commission, no one even bothered to show me a lot of the options that were on the truck, and no one really took the time to explain anything to me. After this experience I’ve had the last time, me nor my family members were ever walked back into this dealership. I cannot believe how disrespectful I was treated. And the sales person knows who she is so I will not call her out on this one! AutoMax needs to go back to their old ways of the way they used to be a couple of years ago they put the customer first, but not anymore and it’s totally ridiculous! More
