How purchasing a car should be After identifying two vehicles online that I was interested in, I visited the Marlborough store and was greeted by Chris Trombley. He was ultra-profe After identifying two vehicles online that I was interested in, I visited the Marlborough store and was greeted by Chris Trombley. He was ultra-professional and worked quickly to put me in each vehicle for a test drive. Chris answered all of my questions about the vehicles, and researched any questions he didn't know the answers to. After I decided on a vehicle, we set to the paper work which we wrapped up quickly. Three business days later I was leaving the lot in the new vehicle, a perfect-condition, one-owner car that recently came off lease. Even though we already agreed to terms, Chris happily agreed to have two small dings removed from the body of the car. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and much of this is due to dealing with Chris. More
