I haven't bought a car in just under 10 years but Chris Trombley made the process very smooth. He was helpful and wasnt pushy at all which is mine (and I'm sure many others) biggest pet peeve when buying Trombley made the process very smooth. Not following COVID protocols When we pulled up for our 9 AM appointment, none of the staff were wearing face masks, inside or outside. We almost turned around then and there becau When we pulled up for our 9 AM appointment, none of the staff were wearing face masks, inside or outside. We almost turned around then and there because we didn't feel comfortable. On top of that, the car we came specificially to see was not prepared for our visit. They couldn't find the keys for a while, it was blocked in by two cars, the battery was dead and they had to jump it to start. It certainly hadn't been cleaned or sterilized for our test drive. This dealership did not inspire any confidence and we would never visit again. The car had not even been evaluated yet by the mechanical team so Chris Trombley couldn't tell us what kind of shape it was and whether the list price was accurately reflecting the condition of the vehicle. Big waste of our time. More
