Best car buying experience to date I went in to take a look at a 2016 VW Passat SE and was greeted by Chris Trombley who was personable and helpful right off the bat. Chris was very str I went in to take a look at a 2016 VW Passat SE and was greeted by Chris Trombley who was personable and helpful right off the bat. Chris was very straight forward and had a no nonsense attitude. There was no "game playing" that is typically associated with the car buying experience which was an immense relief. Due to this i felt very comfortable with the fact that i was getting a fair deal and ended up buying the car. Once I returned home with the car, I did come to find that the USB ports were not working. However I informed Chris of this and he put me in touch with their service area who fixed the issue for free, no questions asked. I cannot say enough good things about this dealer, and more specifically Chris Trombley and Rich Morse (who assisted me with having my USB ports fixed). More
