Frank Salce was very easy to work with, no pressure, up front with the costs and policies, etc. I also got a good price for my 2000 Passat (yes, 15 years old). The only "up sell" was on an extended warranty. Not my cup of tea and easy enough to say no; and they graciously stood down on that "sell." Obviously you need to do your homework, and some competitive shopping to understand the market. But, with that said, I think the AutoMax should be on your list. BTW, they do the MA state inspection for free. I drove in on a Saturday, without an appointment, and was out of there in a half hour, end to end. More

I wasn't sure If I was going to finance with them but they work with credit unions, which I prefer and got the rate I was looking for. I can't say enough about how well we were treated.
