As a first-time buyer, Automax Preowned of Marlborough made it a great experience. From the start they were nothing but helpful and were not pushy much like other dealerships I had previously visited. The made it a great experience. The staff was great and extremely personable, most notably Paul and Stu whom I dealt with the most. I did not see one car on the lot that didn't look like it was in mint condition. I was extremely grateful in the fact that they went out of their way to save me money. Their rates on car loans were virtually unbeatable compared to competitors I had visited. Not only would I recommend them to anyone hoping to purchase a new vehicle but they will be the first stop I make the next time I am looking to purchase. More

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the last two months, a 2010 Chrysler Sebring and a 2010 Dodge Avenger R/T. Both times I was there I dealt with Chris, who had knowledge of every car on the lo two months, a 2010 Chrysler Sebring and a 2010 Dodge Avenger R/T. Both times I was there I dealt with Chris, who had knowledge of every car on the lot, but was not pushy like other salesman I have dealt with, which was a nice change. I also dealt with Stuart, the financial manager there, who was very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching to purchase a new car, and does not enjoy being jerked around by your "typical" salesperson. More

I went there on sunday this week, Found the car i wanted. Chris convinced me to put a $500 deposit down and said it would make it so no one else can buy it. Well monday i called he convinced me to try and finance through them, even though i had financing through my own bank already. After that he told me i had to give them proof that i was approved at my bank. My bank told me they could call them and find out. All this time all im doing is waiting and calling them to find out what im going to get in trade. They wouldnt tell me.. Come wednesday morning i wake up to a voicemail saying that they sold the car out from under me regaurdless of my 500 dollor deposit caues they couldnt get ahold of my bank. If they gave me a trade value from the beginging they would have had a check in hand but they beat around the bush and probley sold the car to someone who was financing through them, and wasnt trading in.. So when it comes to them they sell cars out of convienience and have no loyalty to there word!! More

When I began my car search I preferred to do most of negotiating and search on line. Chris Trombley was extremely responsive to all of my questions and e-mails (and they were numerous). When we went in to test drive a car his customer service was excellent. He did not kill us with a sales pitch and allowed us to really understand what we were buying and dealing with. Chris and Stuart worked very closely with us on the financing and were able to get us squared away where we needed to be. We have had a couple of issues with the car following the purchase but they have been quick to attend to them without any push back. They truly stand behind their sales. I would highly recommend AutoMax Marlborough! More
