I had a great experience at Automax preowned in Marlboro. I was not planning on purchasing a new "used" car but I had no choice. Someone rear ended me and my car was a total. I saw a car on their website and called that day to schedule a test drive. Paul was very helpful on the phone and even more helpful when we met later that day to test drive the car. I truly appreciate the no-pressure and no-haggle sales philosophy used at this dealership. Once we decided to make the purchase, we completed our transaction with their manager, Stu. His experience and attention to detail as well as his calm and informative demeanor was the icing on the cake. My wife and I were very impressed with the level of professionalism and the ease of the entire transaction. My car is great and I picked it up 3 days later in showroom condition. In addition, Paul was able to help me with a vehicle donation I was making to a local recycling yard and for that I am very grateful. This was an extremely painless process, they got me an amazing car for an amazing price. The car is absolutely amazing and they were very quick and nice and even though I have terrible credit they were a amazing car for an amazing price. He was very helpful yet not pushy. Allowed us to look at the cars we were interested in and answered questions as we asked. I am not trusting of any car sales person; my experiences have been quite horrid. But Chris was very nice and he did not waste any energy trying to sell me something I did not want to buy or try to impress us with his fast talking jive. He was wonderful and that was quite a surprise. The experience was so smooth and comfortable, a couple of times I wondered what was really going on. But it really was just a wonderful, "no haggle" experience. I would definitely recommend a friend to go see Chris at Auto Max. And I will no doubt return when I am ready for another car. More
