This place is a really great dealership. The salespeople are very friendly, and not just that "I'm friendly because I want to sell you a car and make my commission!" kind of way. These people seem to genui are very friendly, and not just that "I'm friendly because I want to sell you a car and make my commission!" kind of way. These people seem to genuinely care about getting you in a good car at a good price. Don was extremely patient with me and my boyfriend: I test drove 6 cars and he got each one in the cold without complaining or grumbling. He kept insisting, "It's no trouble, I want you to really get what you want." Even after I narrowed it down to my top 3 choices and I was approved for financing, he dug the top 3 out again so I could take a second test drive in all three before going with a 2099 Nissan Versa. The car so far as been perfect, no problems whatsoever, and I highly recommend this dealership for not only the quality of their cars but the integrity of the people who sell them. It feels like sitting down with a friend who is trying to help you get what you want, rather than some shiny jerk in an expensive suit who wants to out you in whatever highest priced car you will take! If you want a great car at a fair price, go to Automax. I'm definitely going back for my next car. More

We were pleasantly surprised to have new brakes and a removable seat in our car that we purchased from Automax. I came to the dealership the next morning with my 6-year-old daughter and was immediately welcomed by Chris. He showed me the VW, which I liked, and other cars that I had asked about too. I decided to test-drive the VW and a Honda Accord. After the test drives, I decided that the Honda was actually a better choice for me, and even though it was a less expensive car, Chris didn't try to pressure me into the Passat.
