He gave me straight answers to all of my questions and treated me with respect,(rare characteristics in the auto world). They had the exact car I wanted at a very good price. The only thing that would have made this purchase even easier was if there was a business office on site in Marlborough instead of having to go to another office in Framingham. Fortunately, the Business Manager there, Stuart, was also pleasant to deal with and I was able to complete the transaction at the Marlborough office on my final visit. I expect no service issues with the vehicle, if any do occur, I only hope their service and warranty are as good as their Sales. Overall, great job. More

The car is beautiful and was a fantastic buy. Don was a great person to work with and we couldn't be more pleased with the deal. Some of the comments on the web claim that they write their own reviews. I live in Newton and have (and never have had) any relationship with them other than buying this car. I would definitely look to buy another car from them. More

The 110 point check assured there were no issues with the vehicle. I've had it now for about 3 weeks and no issues or problems have been found. I usually can find something with any car, but they made sure I didn't. Overall it was a pleasurable experience dealing with Don, Chris and the office staff. Keep up the great work guys !! More

The zero haggle policy is fantastic - we knew exactly what the car cost, and were given all the time in the world to consider our options; and when we had questions, Chris was incredibly attentive and thoroughly set our minds at ease. If you want an excelllent car buying experience, you need to see Chris. We purchased a 2006 Nissan Quest, and it was exactly as advertised - excellent condition, low miles, clean, just perfect. The financing was a breeze, and Al was a real pleasure to work with. We were in and out of Automax (on a Sunday even!)in no time whatsoever. The service department got the Quest road ready in no time, and it was truly a credit to Automax that the mechanics came out multiple times to explain what they were doing and why - it is very nice to be taken care of by people who take pride in their work.
