This was my first time purchasing a preowned vehicle from Chris at Automax in Marlborough. All employees at the dealership were friendly and welcoming but Chris was exceptional! He's extremely professional y Chris at Automax in Marlborough. All employees at the dealership were friendly and welcoming but Chris was exceptional! He's extremely professional yet personable at the same time. He made the car buying experience painless and simple. Neither he or Robert in the Finance department were pushy about purchasing a maintenance plan or the vehicle itself. I was able to walk-in, test drive the car I wanted, and fill out purchasing paperwork in about 2 hours and the car was ready for pick-up the following day. Additionally, Chris was available and responsive via text and phone call in between those times to answer any questions I had. I will recommend Chris and Automax in Marlborough to all my family and friends for their car buying needs. More
